Consultation for the Automation Projects

Automation consultation is available for any questions that might arise during the design, hardware/software selection, or implementation phases of your automation project. We can help whether you are looking for a turnkey solution or to hire an automation engineer for a specific job, such as PLC or robot programming. At Automation Masters, our team puts a lot of careful thought and consideration into optimizing each industrial automation project. Call us today  to discuss your upcoming automation project.

PLC Programming

We offer a variety of industrial automation services to help support our customers as they specialize in what they do best: spending their time and energy focusing on their company’s core competencies So, let our automation engineers design, program, and commission an automation system that utilizes industrial robots, PLCs (programmable logic controllers), PACs (programmable automation controllers), or motion controllers to meet your company’s needs.

HMI Designing

In the modern context, one of the primary ways an operator interacts with plant machinery or processes is through digital screens. This interface is called human-machine-interface or simply HMI. Helping our clients maximize the value of the human-machine interface (HMI) to the control system is one of our core business goals. Our HMI design services can be tailored to fit your needs regardless of the scope or size of the project.

Migration of Controllers

Control migrations are a staggering undertaking that can make or break the productivity of your plant. Reduce your risk and stress during the migration process by working with EPIC. We’ve been doing control migrations for over twenty years. We know what needs to be done to make your migration process as smooth as possible. As a platform independent integrator, we provide an honest assessment of all possible solutions to help you select the best one for your plant.

Engineering Documentation

Schematics – There are many valid reasons for providing electrical schematics, including

their value as a significant troubleshooting resource to aid the service technician in quickly determining the source of an operational fault or faults, thus facilitating getting the associated equipment back into production as soon as possible. We use EPLAN as our tool to make these schematics.

Since 2D CAD engineering drawings are flat, designers must understand the appearance of the final product, which may be difficult for people who do not have a technical background. Using the 3D CAD model, we can see the final product, and most people can understand the design.
